Brooke Hannah is a self-taught digital artist from New Zealand with a passion for dinosaurs and wildlife. Her journey began at 15 when she was denied entry into an art course, sparking her determination to prove her talent. Inspired by Disney’s The Lion King, she started drawing and never looked back.

In 2016, she launched Brooke Hannah Commissions on Facebook, growing her skills and audience, especially during the 2019 lockdown. Her love for animals led her to earn a horse care degree in 2015, attracting equestrian clients, including portraits of her former champion thoroughbred, Jim.

Brooke’s fascination with dinosaurs, especially Big Al from Walking With Dinosaurs, has shaped her artistic focus. Now in 2025, she aims to turn her passion into merchandise and passive income, proving that setbacks can lead to success.
